In exchange for this, I am allowed conditional access to all community areas including, but not limited to, use of: community kitchen, laundry facilities, library, community room, solarium, wildlife preserve, garden area, wi-fi hot spot in library, and equipment use as provided by 1Sphere 1People Homestead. Access may be revoked for misuse or abuse of the equipment or facilities. By advance agreement, portions of the rent may be worked off as needed. Utilities used in excess of the utility allowance will be billed and payable each month. I CERTIFY that answers given herein are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I authorize investigation of all statements contained in this application for tenet screening as may be necessary in arriving at a tenant decision. I understand that the landlord may terminate any rental agreement entered into for any misrepresentation made above. I understand that there is a copy of the Arizona Landlord/Tenant Act available in the library. I agree to abide by the terms of this act and shall expect 1Sphere 1People Homestead to do the same. Rent shall be prorated and due on the first of each month. A late fee of 10% shall be incurred after rent is 5 days late. 5-day notice of eviction fee: $35. Court eviction fees can run upwards of $150. Any tenant forcing a court eviction process will lead to termination of this rental agreenent.
